Back on the road bright & early.
The Three Virgins Volcano. Las Tres Virgines.
Lava with trees growing out of it.
The long and winding road.
Cuesta del Infierno (Hill of Hell). This sign is at the the beginning of a very long, steep descent.
Before the road was improved they had a praying station at both the top and the bottom of the hill.
Mexican's LOVE having their pictures taken.
This area was flooded by Hurricane Odile.
A shrine on the side of the road.
Besides wanting their pictures taken, they really want stickers. If only I'd known.
The Mulege river, I believe.
Our campground is in sight.
We have arrived in paradise at Playa Santispac, 29 degrees.
Good morning. What to do today?
A house near the campground.
Looking towards our RV's.
We had a great potluck dinner, then another beach bonfire.
Sunset. People stay out on these boats and come in to shore in dinghy's to go to the restaurant.
A new day and we're off on an excursion to see five other beaches nearby on Bahia Concepcion.
Not a bad place to have a cuerveza.
Some people have put a lot of work into their winter homes.
There are still a lot of Baja race vehicles around.
There is a pelican sitting on the far end of this boat.
I have no idea what the weather is like in Manitoba right now because we have no services but I really do wish we could be sharing our weather with you.
Off to Loreto tomorrow and wifi. (If it works)
