The Adventure Continues

Ahhhh......the life of a gypsy.  Here we are camped at Walmart and it feels like home.  We spent some time here in the spring.  This is our view.

We know the next couple of nights will be chilly.  We have become accustomed to using the electric blanket and the electric heater to help keep our space toasty.  We will be boondocking for the next four nights so I sure hope it warms up.
We are doing some last minute visiting & shopping before we leave.  There are a few things that we can't get in Mexico that we are shopping for.  I am planning ahead for the happy hour appy's & potluck  dinners.  Did you know you can't buy pre-made chilli in a can in Mexico?  They do things the hard way. And does anyone know where I can get eggnog?  I would use up some valuable freezer space for a two litre.
We will be leaving Manitoba on Thursday and don't plan to travel too far each day.  I imagine it could be three days before we get to warmer temperatures.
We are planning to spend our first night in the USA at a casino and the second at a Walmart.  We will try to spend as little money in the states as possible.
I am really feeling the pressure to blog this winter since I have had such rave reviews.  I don't feel like I will have as much to say since we will be spending most of the winter in one place, but I'll try.
We spent the last 19 nights at Selkirk Park which was very convenient to my work for Elections Canada.  If you are into fishing it is the place to be.  Our sunrise this morning.
Bye for now.
