It's Margarita Time!

Another beautiful day with changing landscapes.
The roads were a little narrow.
Look out for the wide load!
The Baja Race is on and we came across several of their check stops.  We also chatted with Baja  teams last night and this morning.
Looks like laundry day.
Not sure if I mentioned the "topes" (speed bumps) before.  Doesn't show up too well in the picture.
It's getting very green.
Back to desert and cactus again.
BTW, we have a chip in our window.  That's why you keep seeing a spot in the pictures.
Getting closer to mountains again.
This was another military checkpoint.  They paid no interest to us because it was a Baja race check stop.
There is a baja buggy coming in the far right of the picture.
The landscape is changing again.
More Baja excitement.
Almost at the campground in San Ignacio.
We have our own palm tree.
There is a date palm forest right behind our campsite.
We went on an excursion through the date palms and to a small market.  We saw a Baja buggy come racing through.
They had some very cool trees there and a mission church.
Andy made a little friend.
These were in our campground.
We were told these were the best Margarita's in the Baja so of course we had to try them.  Definitely the best we've had so far.
Our view from the bar.
Another great sunset.
For your info it was 26 today.  Tomorrow we move to the beach for 3 nights of dry camping, so no services.  Talk to you in a few days.
